1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IroxPro services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

IroxPro provides managed IT support, VPN & VPS hosting, and web hosting. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. Payments & Billing

All services must be paid in advance.
Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You are responsible for any payment disputes or chargebacks.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent payments.

4. No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once activated. This includes VPN, VPS, hosting, and IT services. Cancellation stops future billing only; it does not entitle the user to a refund for the current period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use our services for:

Illegal activities or hosting illegal content.
Hacking, unauthorized access, or DDoS attacks.
Distribution of malware, viruses, or phishing links.
Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.

We may suspend or terminate services without notice for any violations.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You must keep your login credentials secure at all times.

7. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. IroxPro does not guarantee data storage or recovery and is not liable for any data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or service downtime. Maximum liability is limited to one month of service fees.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold IroxPro harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from your use of services or your violation of these terms.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services without prior notice for violations, abuse, or security risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in UK courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
